Food, Libations, and Cigar Pairing

We will start the evening with a chef driven tasting plate, paired with three different whiskeys from Bear Creek Distillery, and completed with a cigar from Trinity Cigar Company – picked out specifically to pair with the food & whiskey (or a $10 credit towards a different cigar from lounge).
First Course
Cold Smoked Ten-Year Aged Cheddar / Raspberry Preserve.
Paired with Bear Creek Distillery Wheated Whiskey.
Second Course
House Cured Cold Smoked Salmon / Garlic Crostini / Dill Crème Fraiche.
Paired with Bear Creek Distillery Rye Whiskey.
Third Course
Cherry Smoked Buffalo Tenderloin Medallion / Gorgonzola / Pomegranate Gastrique.
Paired with Bear Creek Distillery Straight Bourbon.
Completed with a cigar from Trinity Cigar Company (or $10 credit towards a different cigar if you would prefer something else).
The Trinity Cigar Lounge will be sticking around once the pairing is finished at 7 PM, so you can enjoy other hand-crafted cocktails made with Bear Creek Distillery products with more cigars for the remainder of the evening.
