We also have some exceptional and creative eats, incorporating diverse and seasonal flavors. Our philosophy is to use as many local and Colorado grown products, as well as highlight our other phenomenal Colorado breweries, distilleries, meads and ciders!
Six Capital Brewing got it's name to honor the six temporary capitals of the Republic of Texas (1836-1839) from Independence until settling in Austin where the current State Capital resides. In Aurora, we’re actually sitting on the border of the Republic!
